Since we provide fresh items, please be aware that all successfully delivered fresh items are non-returnable.

Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The complaint must be lodged within 10 days from the delivery date.
  2. You must provide proof, such as pictures, videos, or other evidence showing that the fresh items are inedible or expired.

Refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of vouchers or credits, which can be applied to your next order.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
